Development of Specifications, Prototype & sketches.
Before digging into the code it is important that we have specified in detail each and every function of the application.
To ensure that there are no missunderstandings and we don't have to waste time rebuilding functions due to misscommunications we always start the process by making a detailed specification.

The specification contains a written description (often with sketches) of each and every function in the application. It contains flow-charts describing the different flows for users and of data. Along with the writting specification we make a clickable prototype. This allows you to actually test the concept of the application before we develop it. Making changes on an early stage saves countless of hours later.

Project management
All WebSearch project managers and teamleaders have been trained by Wenell Management AB from Sweden in project management and we follow the Wenell project management modell. The project is divided into several small milestones and at each milestone we make a delivery so that you can stay in constant touch with the development.

Communication
We usually have Swedish project managers both in Sweden, Stockholm and Kathmandu at all times. This makes communication with the customers easy, you just pick up the phone and call like to any swedish webdevelopment company. Our project managers will then relay the information to the development team in Nepal.
